How Much Does It Cost?
The unique Vis-Home technology makes interactive floor plans affordable. Prices
start as low as $80 and go up with the size of the home. For example:
- PicturePlan price for a 800 sq. ft. condo in Chicago is about $85 and normally includes about 15 photos.
- A suburban house with an assessed footage of 2,000 and 2-car garage will cost approximately $140. Usually this includes
25 to 35 photos.
- A bigger house with an assessed footage of 8,000 is about $300 and includes over 50 photos.
All our prices include Internet hosting for as long as your listing is active. A Realtor.com link may cost an
extra $20 if you do not have a Showcase Listing Enhancements account with Homestore. A very reasonable
travel fee could be added if the property is significantly distant from our offices. A PicturePlan may cost
less if you already have a presentable floor plan. However, regular construction plans may not be suitable after
scanning and size reduction.
